20 chicken wings
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of mustard
½ cup of Worcestershire sauce
Zest from 1 lemon, grated
3 tablespoons of ketchup
Salt to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Mix the minced garlic cloves, with the mustard, ½ cup of english sauce, the grated lemon zest and the ketchup, until you get a smooth mixture. Let it rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Place the chicken wings with salt and pepper, on a oven dish cover with foil and cook them at 392ºF for 10 minutes.
Now turn down the heat to 338ºF and add the the mixture that you made before spreading it all over the surface of the oven dish. Let them bake for 15 minutes on each side.
Turn the wings, until both sides are brown.
Serve immediately! These wings go great with your favorites salads.
