1 greek yogurt, unsweetened (5,3 ounces)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Put the avocado, yogurt, garlic, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
Puree with a hand blender and season it with pepper, salt and grated lemon zest.
Blend again and serve with meat and fishes.
